I have two blinds that are not fully working and need repair. I suspect that there is a cable inside the blinds that has snapped. Both blinds are the same color and they and can be suspended from the top or bottom. They are dirty in some places, but overall in good condition apart from the fact they don't operate correctly.

One blind is 70 inches wide, the other is 118 3/4 wide.
