I am loathe to give this up, yet I'm rearranging my living room, and it's just a tad too long. If you have room for more seating, or you want to ditch your current couch and get a smaller, nicer one, this may work. I sure hope so. It's a solid piece.
In very good condition, no worn spots, VERY comfy and suitable for two, yet three good pals can work, it's a nice addition, honestly.
It's 76" long (rolled arms, tip-to-tip). Measures is 38 deep, from the back to the front; seat is 17" from the floor, and back is 35" high, without the cushions. Seat cushions come out for vacuuming. NO serious spots.
I do hope someone will want this treasure. It's one flight up, though I may be able to get help to the ground floor if absolutely necessary.
Side blue-and-white cushions and my newest roommate are NOT included.
