*Pics show L shape, but it's actually a regular rectangle with ottoman forming the L shape.
*That ottoman is separate but the cushion goes over both the ottoman and the sofa to help connect it. It could be used with the ottoman totally separate tho.
*Dimensions shown in the attached pic - the main sofa part is 77.5" wide x 33" high back x 28" depth and fits in our elevator standing on end. The ottoman is 27" square.
*No rips/tears, no stains. No pets or kids around it. Because of the light color just a little aging, but basically in good shape.
*Very lightweight - this doesn't have bed included, so not that heavy.
*But still would need two people to handle because of the size.
*This is in the Castro. Two garage's curb cuts makes for a space to park in front for quick pick up. Wouldn't fit in regular car, but we moved it in the back of a newer Ford Escape with the hatchback up. Larger/older SUVs with more room would fit with back door down.
