I removed about 16 cubic feet of soil for a sidewalk garden; it now is yours! Uncontaminated soil with a reasonably high clay content. Pick it up from the curb in front of 3660 16th Street- if it's still there, it's yours. Please do not take or damage the tarp. You are in charge of removing and moving the soil.
