Denon 5-disc CD player - parts (San Francisco parkside)

Last month it could only read a minority of discs that I tried.
Now it reads nothing.
I tried blowing any dust off the laser and then used a laser disc brush cleaner with no change in its failure to work.
Maybe you know how to fix it or just use the parts
