Summary of Position:
As the Experiential Program Strategist, you will assist in the management of end-to-end design, planning, and execution of electric vehicle ride and drive events. Typical tasks will involve tracking logistics in developed systems, event promotion activities, on-site event production and management, and development and maintenance of established electric vehicle campaigns and the relationships with the partners we serve. This position is a great opportunity for someone with 3-5 years experience as a professional looking for a position they can continue to grow in.

Responsibilities:
This is an important role in a growing organization and the ideal candidate will contribute to the effectiveness and growth of the company.
Maintain campaign calendars and project plans
Manage event logistics planning
Produce and manage professional-caliber events
Manage a small on-site team
Evaluate campaigns to improve effectiveness, efficiency and quality of service
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
Serve as a campaign coordinator

Requirements:
3-5 years experience in the communications field
Event experience
Self-starter with a get-it-done attitude that comes with a smile
Aptitude for making things both professional and fun
Service-oriented and eager to provide people with great experiences
Experience or interest in service and/or experience design
Passion for creating engaging and educational experiences
Commitment to a sustainable future that includes both social and environmental values
Understanding of best practices for working remotely with a distributed team
Self-motivated with excellent planning and organizational skills
Clear communicator
Meticulous eye for detail
Occasional travel required
