Looking for parking (Lower Nob Hill)

I just moved to the city and am looking for a safe and accessible place to park my car month to month or long-term. I work full-time at a small nonprofit and am hoping to find something affordable, ideally under $300 per month.
I’m responsible and willing to provide proof of income and references if needed. I'm also happy to work out a consistent schedule or arrangement that could work for both of us!
