We are looking for a few ski lease members to join our ski house. The house is right across Bridge 2 on River Road, roughly 5 minutes to Palisades, maybe 7 or so on a powder day. Great location. It's 4 bedroom, 3 baths, hot tub, large deck, right on the Truckee River, flat parking, washer and dryer in unit, plenty of flat parking spaces, huge window looking out onto the River, large grassy lawn in the spring months for sunning on the River. Our group is a friendly group in our 30's 40's and 50's. You have to be comfortable with dogs to be in the house, we do have members with dogs. We want to create a community where people get along, can enjoy group dinners and feel like they are relaxed when they are at the house.
Lease Duration: 12/01/2025 - 5/29/2026
Cost: Roughly $2900 per person (or just slightly higher, depending on number of members who join the house)for the lease duration plus security deposit. Extra dog fee of $250 applies, if your dog is admitted into the house. We also have room for mid week only members. The cost would be roughly $2250 per person for the lease duration plus security deposit.
