I booked one of their Signature Bay View rooms (with one King bed) at their Black Friday non-refundable rate, as my wife and I were planning to come into SF to see Cirque du Soleil tomorrow. Unfortunately, we both came down with really nasty colds and needed to cancel our plans. Checking their website just now, the rack rate for that room is $656, plus $90 for overnight valet parking and the mandatory $41 Urban Experience Fee, making it very close to about $800. I'll take any semi-reasonable offer and most likely an unreasonable offer.
I verified with the Fairmont reservation desk that I can transfer the reservation by adding the buyer's name to the reservation record, which I am totally happy to do.
