Join 8Fleet as a W-2 employee shuttle driver. You'll drive a company-provided vehicle, complete scheduled routes, and earn a guaranteed hourly wage, plus tips and employee benefits eligibility, with zero out-of-pocket vehicle expenses.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be eligible to drive on the Uber platform and not banned from the Uber platform
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- Valid commercial driver's license: CDL Class A or Class B with Passenger Endorsement required.
- Prior experience driving full-size vans
- Available to work weekends
- Expectation of 20 to 28 hours per week
- Must pass a background check and drug screen, including marijuana, consistent with applicable law and the safety requirements of this driving position
- Clean driving record required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with passengers as required by job duties
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet passengers, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable ride experience
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles on scheduled routes while following all traffic laws
- Keep your vehicle clean, safe, and passenger-ready at all times
- Navigate efficiently using GPS, routing apps, and knowledge of San Francisco
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, operations, and passengers as needed

*Eligibility for up to $1,000 bonus is subject to meeting specific requirements, which will be provided in writing as part of the onboarding process.
