We are hiring for the position of full time Superintendent to join our team! We are seeking a solution-driven individual who demonstrates leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and has a passion for building.
Responsibilities and duties are listed below, but not limited to:
• Ensure the work performed is in accordance with current specifications and plans
• Be proficient in reading plans and clearly communicate information to others
• Oversee the project schedule and ensure milestones are met. Manage the 3 week look ahead.
• Manage onsite carpentry crew for self perform work
• Problem solve and be aware of common coordination issues in high-end residential projects
• Consult with Owners and Designers in a professional manner
• Perform walk through and maintenance manual review with Owners and Designers at project completion
• Own material orders and deliveries, storage, and handling
• Be familiar with jobsite safety standards and conduct safety meetings
• Conduct daily walkthrough and maintain job site documentation as required
Requirements:
• 5 years experience in high-end single family residential construction
• Knowledgeable of SF city inspections
