We are a well-established residential general contracting firm with over 20 years of experience building sophisticated homes in San Francisco and Marin County. Our work focuses exclusively on large-scale, architect-driven residential remodels and custom homes, typically ranging from $10m-$15m.

We are currently seeking a proven Residential Superintendent with a strong track record managing large, technically challenging homes in SF or Marin.
Our projects frequently involve complex structural work, intricate interior finishes, and collaboration with leading Bay Area residential architects.

Role
The Superintendent oversees daily field operations and coordinates all onsite work from demolition and excavation through final finishes. You will work closely with our President, Project Managers, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors to maintain schedule, quality, and safety.
Key responsibilities include:
• Manage and coordinate all subcontractors and field crews
• Review architectural and structural plans and implement scope of work
• Assist with layout and direction of our in-house carpentry team
• Maintain daily logs and field documentation
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and change orders with the project team
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Utilize Autodesk Build on iPads for project documentation

Experience Required
• 7–10+ years of construction experience, focused on high-end residential projects
• Recent experience supervising large custom homes or major remodels in San Francisco or Marin County
• Strong ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate complex construction sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
