Job Description:
As a Project Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our high-end construction projects in the beautiful Bay Area. You'll work closely with our clients, subcontractors, and internal team members to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget. Your tasks will include project scheduling, estimating, material ordering, change order submittals, client communication, and subcontractor scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
Provide accurate project estimates and budgets, keeping a keen eye on costs and expenses.
Coordinate material orders and deliveries to ensure seamless workflow on job sites.
Process change orders promptly and efficiently, maintaining clear and transparent communication with all stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns with professionalism and care.
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, fostering positive relationships and ensuring work aligns with project specifications.
Utilize project management software to track progress, manage documents, and facilitate collaboration among team members.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and understand structural and architectural plans with precision and attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software such as Buildertrend, Procore, or similar tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. A self-starter who takes pride in their work and is motivated to deliver exceptional results. Enjoys working as part of a small, collaborative team, contributing positively to the company culture.
