Journeyman Carpenter- $45-55/hr DOE
You should be an experienced carpenter with a minimum of eight years of experience, more is better. You should be a good craftsman but also understand the need to produce, working quickly and efficiently, solving problems and working independently. You need to be versatile in all aspects of residential construction "Frame to Finish". We do a lot of very creative finish work so all around skills are preferred, but good finish skills are more important than framing experience. We do a lot of self-perform installation of metal work so if you have any metal fabrication or welding experience it would be a bonus.
Qualifications
- Experience in creative disciplines other than carpentry are appreciated- metals, furniture, etc.
- You must have your own transportation and typical collection of carpenter's tools
- Experience working on San Francisco construction sites would be great
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Be responsible and have a professional attitude and appearance
- California Drivers License
- Minimum High School diploma, college experience is appreciated, but not required
- Proof of residency or equal
- No drugs, No Drinking, No Exceptions
- References are required and will be checked
