Job Duties:
Perform full interior paint jobs for vacant units (walls, ceilings, trim, doors)
Prep units properly: patching, sanding, masking, priming, and clean finish work
Complete general maintenance and repairs in units and common areas
Plumbing repairs (leaks, toilets, faucets, disposals)
Electrical repairs (outlets, switches, fixtures, breakers)
Appliance repair (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers)
Light HVAC work (filters, thermostats, minor repairs)
Drywall repair, doors, locks, cabinets, and flooring
Assist with unit turns and prepare units to be rent-ready
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
Respond to maintenance requests and emergency calls when required
Coordinate with vendors when repairs exceed in-house scope
Document all work orders, notes, and photos in the property management system
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Communicate professionally with residents and management
Requirements:
Proven experience completing full apartment paint jobs
Multifamily or residential maintenance experience preferred
Ability to work independently and meet turn-time deadlines
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Must be dependable, organized, and professional
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience. $25.00-$30.00

Estamos buscando un Técnico de Mantenimiento responsable y confiable para un complejo de apartamentos. Debe poder realizar trabajos completos de pintura interior de manera independiente.
Responsabilidades:
Realizar pintura completa de unidades vacantes (paredes, techos, puertas y molduras)
Preparar adecuadamente antes de pintar: resanar, lijar, encintar, aplicar primer y limpiar
Mantenimiento general en departamentos y áreas comunes
Reparaciones de plomería (fugas, inodoros, llaves, trituradores)
