Selling two seat licenses entitling owner to purchase season tickets for all Warriors home games for 2025-26 and going forward. Licenses also entitle you to early access to purchase tickets for other events (concerts) at Chase Center.
Original seat license deposit was $25,000 per seat ($50,000 total) and is returned to the (new) owner of the license at maturity (total 2-seat gain of $22,000 to you).
Great seats! Section 117 (lower bowl - across from Warriors bench), Row 13, Seats 14 and 15 (on the aisle) with access to sideline club with VIP arena entrance, two level private area with restricted vendors and bathrooms not available to general public.
