Behmke Reporting and Video Services, fast-pace deposition and legal services firm, is seeking a full-time, responsible, and highly-motivated person to work in its video department. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:45a - 5:45p, however, as this position often requires working on a client's schedule, the position's schedule may vary from day to day and will require occasional overtime as necessary. We are looking for a reliable, responsible professional who works well with others in an office setting and will represent our company well before clients. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Videotaping depositions around the SF Bay Area
- Editing of audio and video files
- Working with video production software to encode DVD video, and other audio/visual media, to various formats
- Working with video production software to synchronize video to deposition transcripts and link exhibits
- Managing, sending, and receiving email communications with clients and Behmke staff related to Behmke's video operations
- Review and quality control of video received by other videographers around the country.
- Correctly processing and maintaining documentation on worksheets of video work for clients.
- Maintaining the video department and staying up-to-date on the latest legal video trends and technologies
- Maintaining proper functionality of the video department's computer and video equipment

Other responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Providing trial presentation services for clients - including evidence database management and in-court presentation services
- UPS/FedEx shipping of video products to clients
- Video record-keeping
- Answer phones as necessary
- Archiving

- College degree in Broadcasting
- Digital Audio/Video editing software knowledge
- Knowledge of professional broadcast quality audio/video equipment
- Great computer skills and understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Quality driven
- Must be accurate with the ability to pay extreme attention to detail
- Office experience
- Client-facing experience
- Must have reliable transportation around the entire Bay Area
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines on miscellaneous projects as presented
- Legal/court reporting knowledge preferred, not required
- Must be responsible, punctual, and able to work well with the production team and office staff
- Excellent English and grammar skills
- Strong communication skills
