You will need:

- Fluent in English & Portuguese
- Ability to learn new products, concept and eagerness to explore new technology
- Front facing customer service experience in any industry
- Problem solvers! Strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to thoughtfully identify challenges and solutions
- High school diploma or equivalent
