Kinda old gaming computer - $80 (downtown / civic / van ness)

Hello! I have an semi-older gaming desktop (it's a custom build) for sale. I got it in a trade and I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to these newish desktops, below are pictures of the hardware and what the start up screen looks like, it has a older open source type O.S, kind of like Linux I guess, at least that's what I put together from Google. It is however a version that is not supported at all anymore so it would be perfect to put a new O.S on. Before you ask just know I do NOT know what company made cpu or the technical stuff like that, all I know is that it does indeed work, and it was originally built for gaming. I do know that it has 2 - 8 GB ram cards, a Intel solid state storage, and a pretty large power supply. The fans work properly as well. I'm asking 80 or I would for sure trade for 2 ps4 controllers and $30 or a set of oculus quest 2 controllers, or a decent tablet. Honestly if you have something I could use for Xbox game pass cloud gaming that you would want to trade I would do that, im open to other offers as well, the worst I can say is no!
