The Power Macintosh G3 (Blue and White), codenamed "Yosemite" and released in January 1999, featured a distinctive, translucent blue-and-white tower case with a 300–450 MHz PowerPC G3 processor. It introduced FireWire and USB ports, a 100 MHz system bus, and a folding "door" for easy, tool-free access to internal components.
