Note: Although it is Mid 2012 model, it was manufactured in 2016. You can see the Apple original Battery and internal disk are both manufactured in 2016 after open the back cover.
The machine is seldom used, thus it's in excellent shape and no sign of tear and wear.

FYI
With 3rd party software, this machine can be installed up to the macOS 15.x (Sequoia). I successfully installed macOS 13.7 (Ventura) on it via the 3rd party software (see pictures).
