Hi
I would like to swap my one-bedroom apartment in Genova for your place in San Francisco (Marina, North Beach, Russian hill) for at least two weeks anytime after May 1-July 1.
Your place must be quiet, have a thermostat that can be regulated for heat and have very few, if any, stairs.
Most people don't think of Genova as an Italian destination. Which is great. Avoid all the lines and summer crowds in Rome, Venice and Florence. Instead, head for the beaches of Liguria or trekking in the mountains. Take a short boat ride or train to Portofino or Le Cinque Terre. Shopping in Milan is only 1 1/2 hours away on the train. Same for Torino.
The apartment is located in the center of town on via xxv Aprile. Very close to everything (shopping, restaurants, nightlife). Three minutes' walk to main piazza (de Ferrari) and opera house. Lots of bus service.
Fourth floor, but there is an elevator.
I pay for weekly cleaning service.
Here's some video.

As you can see, the apartment comes with all amenities including gas stove/oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Portable air conditioner.
I am 72, retired SF native coming for a visit. Very quiet, non smoking. No car. Marina property owner. Olympic Club and SFIAC member.
