Hello! I am looking for a housing swap situation. I am offering a one bedroom / one bath in lower Pac Heights. Free laundry in basement, attached garage (for a monthly fee). Pets okay. Fully furnished with king bed. Great location: two blocks from Whole Foods, and very close to two great parks.
Time frame negotiable - ideally looking to swap anytime between now and end of year until July/August of 2026, but that is open to negotiation.

Looking to swap in San Diego, my preference is for North County, but open to San Diego as well. I have 2 cats that would be coming with me. My condo allows for pets as well.
