The bed room 12'x15', a bay window and an armoire. It is furnished with a small dresser, large L desk, chair, a reading chair, bookcase, filing cabinets, decor and wireless internet. The bed is a queen with all cotton sheets and blanket. The room is freshly painted with new Bamboo floors. The bay window looks out over the Street and faces east getting direct sunlight the early morning and late afternoon, and is bright all day.
The house was built right after the 1906 earth quake and retains much of its original character. In addition to the 4 bedrooms there is a living/dining room, small but fully outfitted kitchen and a split bath. (Toilet in a separate room). We also have a small back yard with a table and chairs as well as lots of plants and an amazing apple tree. We have no washer dryer or but there are Laundromats a block in every direction.
