House
Our three bedroom home is located in a sunny Potrero Hill home. The house has a lovely garden and beautiful views over the city from twin peaks to downtown. It was built in 1908 and has tall 10 ft ceilings and much of the original woodwork and charm.
Yard
The backyard features a walkout deck that leads into the Garden. The deck has a gas grill and fire pit as well as comfortable outdoor sofas. The yard has artificial turf with beautiful surrounding plants including fruit trees, roses, flowers and avocado trees and a little pond.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom is super quiet and features a comfortable queen size bed.
The second bedroom has a custom built kid's castle that has two full-size beds. The castle has built-in dresser drawers, little niches. Who does not want to sleep in their very own castle!
The third bedroom normally functions as my office and has great views out over the city. It currently has a couch that can be folded into a comfortable bed. If needed this can be changed out for a queen bed. It also features a gas fireplace that can provide a nice atmosphere and warmth on those chilly evenings. There are also computer monitors and a printer that you can use.
Living Room
The living room features an entertainment center within 75-in Smart TV and large 8' French doors that open out into a lovely deck and backyard. The house includes a gigabit fiber connection and you're welcome to use the Netflix, and Amazon prime accounts.
Kitchen
Brand New kitchen with new gas range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The new cabinets are all soft close and beautiful LED lighting in and under the cabinets. It is bright and functional kitchen has large windows that look out on the backyard. It is a delight to cook and entertain in this space adjacent to the living and dining rooms.
Dining Room
Across from the kitchen is a lovely dining room with a large mahogany table and seating for 6 or even more.
Bathroom
The main bathroom features an oversized jacuzzi tub/shower and a bidet toilet. The second bathroom is a half bath.
Laundry
There's a laundry area with washer and dryer in the lower level.
Parking - It is street parking but we are blessed to have ample parking in this area. You can always find a spot in front of the house and there is usually room for friends to park.
The Neighborhood
Potrero Hill is known for its sunshine, warmth and its beautiful views. We also are blessed with ample parking and a great neighborhood feel. Across the street you'll find a lovely neighborhood run park and just up the hill you'll find a great dog park and the children's playground and community garden with beautiful views overlooking the entire city. It is a safe neighborhood and you'll find many dog walkers and families going up and down the street visiting the nearby parks.
