A bright, high ceiling, furnished room is available for sublet in a 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Mission. It’s a 10-minute walk to the nearest BART station and about 5 minutes to several bus lines, so getting around the city is super easy. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, cafés, and grocery options within easy walking distance. And if you're new to the city, SF is known for its microclimates, and the mission is known for having the best weather!

The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer (a rare perk in this area!) and a large basement with secure space for a bike or extra storage. The room gets good natural light and is fully furnished.

You’d share the place with two roommates (M 35, F 29). Both work in design, keep the apartment very clean, and prefer a quiet, respectful home environment. One is into filmmaking and the other is an avid reader, so the vibe at home stays calm.

The room is available for one month from Dec 15th to Jan 15th. The start/end date and the duration could be flexible within that time frame so let me know how long you want to stay and we can talk about the rent.

one shared bathroom but the shower and toilet are separate which makes a huge difference! also everyone have different work schedules so sharing the shower is never a problem.

Plus an espresso machine for your morning coffee and a nice projector in the room to watch movies at night :)
