You'll have one bedroom, with balcony access and a shared bathroom. 2 blocks away from Dolores park, laundromats, an assortment of walkable cafes and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to 16th street bart! Street parking is available. Searching for an individual in their late 20s to early 30s. You'll be sharing the apartment with a really sweet cat named Phoebe, adorable dog named Monkey and roommate named Victor. Phoebe will probably want to spend time in my room with you so please be okay with that and open to keeping the bedroom door open a lot for her to go in and out as she pleases. Victor works from home and Monkey, his dog, usually stays in his room with him or remains in the living room closed by a gate.
This house is LGBTQ, 420 (respectfully out the window) and pet Friendly- this is a house with very queer art and a stripper pole in the living room. I'm sure Victor would love to give you lessons if interested.
