I'm offering up my room for a month or so while I travel Europe! It's in one of the sunniest areas of the city, with ample parking, in-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen, bathroom separate from shower, and will be offered fully furnished with fresh sheets. It's three blocks away from a cute little cafe with great coffee and food, a gorgeous little park, several little local markets, and a gas station all in very close proximity. There's also close public transit, and 24th Bart station is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride. Super close to the freeway and you can drive/uber anywhere in the city within 20ish minutes
The room itself will have a queen bed, TV, coffee pot, desk, and is quite spacious. There are speakers you can use with Alexa controlled lights, free wifi, and some fans to keep the air nice and fresh! I also have Xbox live if you want to play some Halo lol
I will be out of own from 9/17 to 10/20 - so the dates for the sublet are 9/17-10/19. Happy to accommodate at a prorated rate if the right person needs a shorter time period.
I have two lovely roommates who will be around as their schedule allows but are often out and about.
This is a perfect situation for anyone trying to get a footing in the city- but is NOT a long term solution.
All utilities will be included in the rent price.
