This is the entire lower floor of a single family home. This studio is used by my parents when they visit, but available for medium term rentals.
This is a private studio including exclusive access to bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with a separate entrance through the garage, and an expansive shared backyard. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in the historical San Francisco Mission District.
Spacious private studio, tastefully remodeled, which will make you feel at home away from home. The suite is my parent's home when they are in States, as is an open layout. The bedroom area features a queen bed. There is a spacious kitchen, perfect for cooking, open to a living room area with a comfortable couch, and a work/dining area, and another couch that can act as a spare sleeping area, that connects to a beautiful shared backyard. There is also a washer/dryer in unit.
The backyard is a little oasis of peace, with an outdoor dining table, a comfortable outdoor sofa with a firepit, surrounded by mature fruit trees in the heart of San Francisco. The backyard and shed are shared with the upstairs unit where my family lives, but are rarely used while hosting guests.

The space is designed for 2 people, but can accommodate a third person if you don't mind the open layout and sleeping on a sofa.
Perfect for someone building a start-up, it's been the happy place of founders at Y Combinator and provides easy access to the campus, and easy drive to the Silicon Valley or around the Bay Area.

Street parking is available with no permits. 25 minutes away from the airport, and easy access to the Peninsula, East Bay, or Marin. 20 minutes walking distance to BART, many buses and bike stations within a few blocks, so you can easily enjoy your visit without a car.
