We’re a 16 person co-ed apartment with the goal of creating belonging while offering affordable rent.
We host a weekly dinner to foster connection between housemates.
THE APARTMENT
While your sleeping quarters is tiny, there is lots of common space including:
A large fully stocked kitchen to handle your cooking needs.
A gigantic dining room table to enjoy communal meals.
Several study areas
Lots of comfy couches for chillaxing and connecting with your roommates.
3 full size bathrooms

YOUR SLEEP POD
Each cozy pod comes with an 8" thick memory foam mattress, heavy down comforter, electrical outlets and lighting. Our twin XL mattresses comfortably sleep anyone 6’5” or shorter.
Rent is $735 including utilities.
The refundable deposit is $300.
Your initial lease will be 3 months long. If you’re a good fit for the community, your lease will be extended month to month.
We’ve found that the idea of sleeping in a box wards off most mainstream humans. We seem to attract nomads, creatives and nerds.
Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
