BART (SF's subway system), has a Glen Park station which is a stone's throw from the house (I mean like, a 3 minute walk).
The apartment is attached to the main home and has its own entrance. It has a full bath and a full kitchen that is well appointed for most everything a cook would want and need. The apartment has a separate sleeping alcove with a very comfortable queen bed, hard wood floors, a closet, and a lot of cabinet space. The apartment is full of windows and gets a lot of direct sunlight. A private brick patio is attached to the unit. The apartment is in the back of the house facing the backyard. It's off the street, and is quiet and safe and very clean.
Glen Park is a safe neighborhood and a foodie's paradise, with restaurants, a gourmet grocery store and coffee houses.
The rent includes all utilities, garbage, water, internet/cable. Laundry is on-site.
This is intended as a short-term rental for one person. We have rented to Medical professionals in the past and are happy to provide references. We will be asking for same.
