Located 5 min bart/muni/bus/cal-trans, library, Metreon,Moscone Center, Trader Joe’s/Safeway/Whole Foods/ UPS, USPS, etc etc. 90 days sublet and possibly longer stay. Please have valid ID, Social Media, References, Employment outside of the house and tidiness required. No pets allowed. Move in 2-day notice w/fees paid. Some shared meals OK. House is fully equipped with many extras and fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Guest room has Queen bed, dresser mirror, nightstand, storage bench next to window for views./reading.
