Your private space (1st floor): Bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and pantry (see photos).
Shared spaces: Full kitchen (2nd floor), living room, private office (first come, first served), guest bathroom (2nd floor), in-unit laundry (back of house), and rooftop patio (3rd floor).
The house & neighborhood: You'd be joining 3 other tenants, all friends who work in tech. We hang out in the 2nd floor common areas but everyone respects each other's space. Pets welcome (we have a cat). The house is on the same block as McLaren Park, with hiking trails, basketball courts, baseball fields, and more. Great neighbors and a strong sense of community. 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
Terms: $2,500/mo, utilities and Wi-Fi included. First and last month due at move-in. Month-to-month, minimum one month stay. Tours welcome.
