This three bedroom flat will be empty on October 25th. I'm looking to rent one or two rooms in this three bedroom flat. The third bedroom has been converted and used as a lounge or common area, not a bedroom. There is a leather "L" couch, coffee table and smart TV inside. This unit consists of two bedrooms, a full living room, full kitchen, full bathroom and a lounge. Hoping to find somebody for three months at least but this is not mandatory.
This bedroom is fully furnished with a double sized bed with memory foam mattress, desk and chair, dresser, comfortable lounge style leather chair and there is a closet in the room as well.
The building is in the heart of Noe Valley and is one block off 24th St, very walkable. A 15 minute walk to BART, the Castro District and Dolores Park, and only a couple minutes from the J Church, 24 and 48 muni lines. Whole Foods, restaurants, bars, banks, Walgreens, coffee shops and bakeries all within minutes on foot.
The house is older with lots of unique features like high ceilings, crown molding, an extra wide hallway and exposed beams. There is also a shared backyard that is quiet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove / oven, microwave, the bathroom has a claw foot bathtub and shower with great water pressure. The living room is big, open, comfortable and has plenty of seating, a faux fireplace, three big south facing windows, house plants and a few art installations. There are nice views of the neighborhood, sunsets and Twin Peaks. There is a washer and dryer here in the unit, fully functional and really convenient. Fast and reliable internet / WiFi.
I'm looking for a mature and responsible person who doesn't smoke or vape. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here. 1 month security deposit requested, total bills always around $75 a month.
