Beautiful room for rent in a very peaceful Noe Valley home. The room has lots of light and views to the backyard. The rent is $1,250, and utilities are shared. No pets please. Move in costs are the first month's rent, plus a security deposit of $1,250. Utilities (PG&E, Water, Internet and Sunset Scavenger) are shared between all of us, they are around $140 a month. We share the cleaning of the common areas. There is a washer and dryer but we prefer (and encourage) to hang the clothes outside.You will have access to a well equipped kitchen. We prefer that roommates do light cooking and no frying, since we don't have a vent in the kitchen.

The transportation is excellent; the 48 stops at the corner and will take you to the J and BART. The 35 and 24 are a five-minute walk away. There is a Whole Foods walking distance from the house and the neighborhood has a great farmer's market on Saturdays on 24th Street. Parking in the neighborhood is plentiful and not a problem at all.

We are looking for someone non-smoker, responsible, considerate, easy-going, and upfront. Who cleans up after themselves in the common areas of the house and who has a reliable income and pays the rent on time.
You will share the house with two wonderful, relaxed people, who love music, meditation, and the outdoors. There is also a beehive in the garden and a small vegetable garden.
