This is a very nice, upscale and vibrant neighborhood.

This JR 1BD apartment is fully furnished and turnkey ready. We have keyless entry. All your bedding, towels and basics for cooking such as pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc are provided. Kitchen has gas stove and microwave. Very comfortable Queen platform bed with beautiful canvas of a vibrant ocean sunset, midcentury nightstand and orange table lamp. Extra storage with two bookcases and armoire with SmartTV inside that you can watch from the sofa or the dining table that is set into the big Bay windows with views South, East and West. The view gets even better at night with all the city lights!

Commercial grade bamboo floors throughout apartment. High ceilings with high-end designer ceiling light fixtures.

High speed internet and router in this unit, in case you want to direct connect. Bathroom has tub with shower, modern glass vessel sink on vanity, large 2 big windows for natural light, full length wall mirror and extra storage.
