We will be away for work from Jan-Sep 2026 and renting rooms in our home while away.
We are located 1 block from UCSF Parnassus, which is the main UCSF campus. There are also UCSF shuttles at Parnassus that will take you to the other UCSF locations.
You would be living in a very quiet house with grad students, interns and professionals in their mid-20s to mid-30s. Most are UCSF interns. This is ideal for a quiet/serious/career focused and looking for a peaceful environment to work or study.
The house is a huge 3-story Victorian w/ a large backyard; you will have lots of space and privacy. Two rooms have a private half bath (sink and toilet), though the shower is shared with one other person. The kitchen is brand new and was fully remodeled during the pandemic.
No smokers, drug use, parties, pets or guests. Both work and rental references are required. We are happy to provide references on our end as well and happy to arrange a video chat followed by an in-person viewing. The rent is $1175 plus utilities for 2+ months; $1275 plus utilities if one month only. We require a one month minimum & do full calendar months only. No smoking, drugs, pets or guests. Deposit and references are required.
