I am currently out of the country until January 1. I will update and post more pictures when I return.
Short term OK (4+ months please).
You would share a bathroom (shower only) with Derrick.
The other roommate, who has his own bath, with tub and shower, is Alec, who works in tech.
Large, easy access, indoor, bicycle storage area (the red room).
No cost W/D in building.
No cigarette smoking inside. 420 friendly (but no-one does).
Easy street parking (see below).
No pets.
No last month or cleaning deposit required.
The rent includes all utilities - electric, gas, water, garbage & high speed (cable modem) internet (hard wired AND wireless).
The rent also includes paper and soap products for the kitchen and bathrooms.
The bedroom is 10.5' by 11' and the closet is 4' x 3'.
There is also a 2' x 2' closet in the red room for storage.
There is a full sized bed with a freshly washed mattress pad on it.
I can provide clean sheets, a blanket, pillows and bath towels at move-in, if needed.
There is a side chair, a shelving unit and a nightstand (with a light).
There is a desk (with a light and office chair), closet door mirrors, a hamper, a waste can and an electric heater (if needed) in your bedroom.
There is also a small "Wall Safe" in the closet for small valuables, that you provide your own lock for.
1 operable, north facing, screened (for mosquitoes) and "frosted" (for privacy) window in your bedroom, with drapes.
44" Smart TV in the living room.
The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, electric hot water kettle, toaster oven, blender, air fryer and microwave.
You would get your own personal double door upper cabinet for your own private use.
There is also plenty of additional kitchen storage cabinet space available.
Possible storage in the garage (no in/out).
"Key-Safe" outside the house in case you forget your keys.
There is a large sunny deck upstairs you are welcome to use, to enjoy the view West, towards the sunset, over Twin Peaks.

It is located 2 blocks to the shopping center at Potrero Avenue & 16th Streets, with a Safeway (groceries & pharmacy), Jamba Juice, Starbucks, Pete's Coffee, Ross, 24 Hour Fitness, Noah's Bagels, Post Office, Togo's, Wells Fargo Bank, Chase/Washington Mutual Bank, McDonald's, 1 sushi restaurant, 1 Chinese restaurant, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Automobile Club of America & more.
Located on Utah Street near 17th Street, one block East of Potrero Avenue, it is within 1 block of two 24 hour gas/convenience stores (no alcohol), UPS (United Parcel Service) and "il Pirata" dive bar.
It is 6 blocks to Gus' Supermarket.
It is 3 blocks to "Live Sushi", another Starbucks, a Whole Foods, a Phil's coffee and an ice cream store. There are also a couple of gyms and 2 dry cleaners within walking distance.
It is approximately a brisk 15 minute walk to the BART station at 16th and Mission streets.
It is also near the 9, 22, 27, 33, 55 and 90 Muni Bus Lines, and SamTrans Bus lines 292 and 397 (to and from, the airport and peninsula).
There is almost always plenty of free street parking directly in front of the house, but a residential parking permit sticker (Brown "W") is required from Monday to Friday, between 10 and 4 only. If you take your car to work from Monday to Friday, you won't need the sticker. Otherwise, there is free 24/7 parking one block away.
We try to never leave the house with dirty dishes in the sink, by doing our dishes daily.
