Hello!
I’m going to live in Bolinas for a month, so for rent is my 1 bedroom, fully furnished apartment: living room connected by parlor doors (they open and close so it’s a true 1 bed, more if you count the office/sunroom in the back) to the bedroom, bathroom with clawfoot tub, an eat-in kitchen with gas range oven, and separate sunroom that I currently have set up as an office - has an electronic standing desk, monitor not included. I'm looking for a trustworthy, quiet, clean person or couple to sublet.
It’s a first floor apartment with 6 steps walk up to the front door from the street (Hyde & Green). A long railroad hallway connects all of the rooms in the unit. The front street windows look out onto very nice homes and a tree-lined street; the restaurant scene up here is very peaceful and cute! I love this neighborhood and you will, too.
All utilities included. I’ll leave all of my kitchen appliances for you; you’re welcome to use anything in the house under the “you break it, you buy it” policy. All I ask is that you bring your own towels. Also ask that you take care of a few plants every couple of weeks! Rent is $3,300/month.
Please note: there’s no dishwasher, also no laundry, the laundromat is 1 block away (and next to 2 great wine bars while you wait). There’s 2 hour street parking without a permit and you can also get a temporary parking pass from the city.
I’ll provide a sublease agreement for us with the standard clauses and ask for a $750 security deposit which I'll return immediately upon move out as long as there's no damage. NOTE ~ there is currently another person living in the apt, so we can have a video chat and I can send you a full video of the apartment and answer any/all questions. Unfortunately, it will likely be difficult to schedule a tour unless you are ready to sign.
