I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment in South Beach. It's an excellent apartment in the neighborhood of South Beach. A 10 minute walk from the Caltrain and 5 minutes from the MUNI N line, very central. The apartment has great facilities like a gym and steam/sauna as well as a pool. Residents are friendly and mostly employed professionals and family.

Looking for an easy arrangement, so please only contact if you meet the below criteria:

- Full-time job in tech
- 25 - 35 years
- No pets
- Respectful, quiet (at home) and a non-conflict type of person
