We are renting a room in a beautiful, spacious flat in a Victorian right on the Panhandle, three blocks from USF, Golden Gate Park and the Haight with plenty of options for public transportation. In unit washer/dryer, hardwood floors, lots of natural light.
The room is spacious, recently painted, quiet, overlooking the park, includes a full bed with brand new bedding, armoire, dresser, desk with chair, Noguchi style coffee table, loveseat, shelves etc.
The room is available now for two months with the possibility to extend to up to ten months.
You would share the flat with 3 awesome humans. However, if you are looking for a social environment, that's not us. Although everyone is friendly and courteous, we are all busy with our lives and mostly keep to ourselves.
A large, well-equipped kitchen is available for light cooking.
We are a quiet and clean household and you must be responsible, respectful, and clean.
No smoking, drugs or excessive drinking in the house.
Rent is $1375/mo + $150/mo flat fee for utilities (water, power, internet, garbage, laundry).
A deposit of $1500 will be required prior to moving in.
