Single occupant needed for a sublet in a fully furnished room (for up to 9 months starting on Nov 3) in my Mission apartment. Apartment common spaces are 'shabby chic' (aka. building was built in 1910..it's old.) Shared bath with one other human (me, female). Apartment comes with 2 cats who will judge and supervise your every move. (Sorry, no other pets or my cats would claw my eyes out at night. ;-)
Apartment is close to SF General Hospital, Muni bus lines #9, 33, 19, 27, 48 and about a 15 minute walk to the 24th street BART station. Closest coffee shop is less than a 5 minute walk, if that's important to you. It's a very walkable and bike-able neighborhood.
I will require proof of income, and deposit you could use toward your last month. Rent (which on it's own is $1240) INCLUDES utilities, internet and basic commonly used shared items. toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, etc.
If you are interested, please tell me your situation, why you are moving, where you are coming from and when is the earliest you can come and see the apartment.
