The apartment looks out onto a beautiful ivy wall and back patio, which makes you feel like you are in a secret garden. You have full access to this backyard which is great to relax and get afternoon sun in, have your morning coffee, or bbq for a few friends.
The apartment itself is very colorful and has a lot of character with eclectic furnishings from all of my worldwide travels. It comes fully furnished, so all you have to do is pack light and move right in :)
The apartment will come with my two adorable and super friendly kitty cats named Dolce La Rue and Mister Meowgi. They are both incredibly loving and love snuggles and playtime. For the right person, this would be a major seller to have two adoring pets to keep you company. I would of course pay for all their food, amenities, and vet bills if needed.
I am looking for someone who is an avid animal lover, single, won't throw parties, non-smoker, and does not have pets of their own. Ideally, I am looking to sublease my apartment from November 1st - March 1st, but I can be flexible. Please reach out if you match this description and are interested in the space.
