Relax in this beautiful, top floor studio full of natural light. It has high ceilings, hardwood floors, and large bay windows. Classic Victorian architecture with modern decor and charming period details. The studio has a light, airy and tranquil vibe. The living/dining room are connected to the main bedroom with pocket doors. The studio is set up as an Airbnb and has everything you need for a short or long term stay. A second bedroom is available when necessary.
This is a private studio (bedroom, living/dining room, kitchenette), in a flat with a shared entrance and shared bathrooms. The entrance/bathrooms are shared with one woman only. You will always be able to come by to see the place and to speak with me in person before booking.

Fees:
$700/week for 1 person
$252/week additional for 2nd person
$1000 deposit (fully refundable)

LIVING/DINING:
Stylish, velvet Chesterfield sofa. Light filled dining nook with peek-a-boo view out to Baker Beach. Bose stereo you can hook up to your iphone to listen to music.
KITCHEN:
Kitchen includes full sized retro Galanz fridge/freezer, stovetop, dish washer, Mighty Sink, 3 in 1 microwave: convection, broiler, air fryer. It includes porcelain dishes, SMEG appliances, full set of pots/pans, a blender, Sara Miller tea set, gorgeous walnut cabinet and a large pantry cabinet.
MAIN BEDROOM:
The main bedroom has a queen mattress, smart tv, 100% cotton sheets, black-out blinds, work station w/ USB cables and fast fiber internet connection, power bank/charger, plush recliner, a walk-in closet with full length mirror, clothes hamper with lid, yoga mat, iron.
2nd BEDROOM:
The second bedroom has a full mattress, large bay windows, smart 50" tv, full length mirror, 100% cotton sheets. This bedroom is available only when necessary.
INTERNET/WORK STATION: There is Wifi and a fast fiber internet connection throughout the flat and a designated work station.
SMART TV:
50 " Fire TV; Smart TV is connected to a fast fiber Sonic internet service.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
Safe neighborhood and great restaurants and shopping on Clement Street one block away. Mandalay, Chapeau!, Green Apple Books, Arsicault Bakery are just some of our neighborhood's gems.
+ Near bus lines 1 California, 38 Geary, 28 19th Ave, and 44
+ 1 block away from Mountain Lake Park (a lovely, large park with an exercise circuit, dog run and one of the few natural lakes in SF)
+ 6 blocks away from the world famous Golden Gate Park
+ 30 minute walk to beautiful Baker Beach with Golden Gate bridge views
+ 1 block to the various Clement Street stores and restaurants
+ 6 blocks to the Clement Street Farmer's Market on Sundays

PARKING:
Street parking is free in the neighborhood. There's a 2-hour parking limit M-F, 9a-6p that can be waived with a permit. Alternatively, you can park 5 blocks away where there is no 2 hour limit.
THINGS TO KNOW:
+ Only one woman shares the shared entrance and bathrooms. The host's living area is on the opposite end of the flat from the guest's studio. There are no other guests staying at the property. You will have privacy.
+ The private studio's kitchen sink (Mighty Sink) runs on an electric water system that I will service.
+ Because of this building's older electrical system, high powered appliances (microwave, clothes dryer etc.) need to be used one at a time.
+ This is a top 4th floor flat with stairs only, no elevator.
