Relax in this beautiful, top floor Victorian flat full of natural light. Classic Victorian architecture with modern decor and charming period details. The room is set up as an Airbnb and has everything you need for a short or long term stay. A second bedroom is available for an additional fee.
This is a private room, in a flat with a shared entrance and shared bathrooms. You will always be able to come by to see the place and to speak with me in person before booking.

Fees:
$700/week for 1 person
$700/week additional for 2nd person
$1000 deposit (fully refundable)
$45 screening fee per adult
The private studio includes:
Utilities: (water, PGE up to $4/day, internet, garbage and laundry)
BEDROOM:
The bedroom has high ceilings, hardwood floors, and large bay windows. There is a full size mattress, 100% cotton sheets, mini fridge, 50" smart tv, work station and fast fiber internet connection. Peek-a-boo views out to Baker Beach and the downtown Salesforce Tower.
INTERNET/WORK STATION: There is Wifi and a fast fiber internet connection throughout the flat and a designated work station in the room.
SMART TV: 50" Smart Fire TV that is connected to a fast fiber Sonic internet service.
KITCHENETTE:
Kitchenette includes a dishwasher, an electric sink (MightySink), microwave, and portable stovetop. It includes a coffee machine, french press, stovetop espresso maker, porcelain dishes, SMEG appliances, full set of pots/pans, and a blender.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
Safe neighborhood and great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores on Clement Street one block away. Mandalay, Chapeau!, Green Apple Books, Arsicault Bakery are just some of our neighborhood's gems.

THINGS TO KNOW:
+ This is a top 4th floor flat, no elevator.
+ Self check-in with a Schlage 4 digit code on door. I will send you check-in information a few days before you arrive.
+ The kitchen sink runs on an electric water system (Mighty Sink) that I will service.
+ Because of this building's older electrical system, high powered appliances (microwave, stove, dishwasher, clothes dryer etc.) need to be used one at a time.
+ The 1.5 split bathroom is shared with 1-2 other people.
+ PARKING: Street parking is free in the neighborhood. There's a 2-hour parking limit M-F, 9a-6p, that can be waived with a permit. As an alternative, 5 blocks away there is no parking time limit where you can park for several days until it is a Street Sweeping Day.
