You will be sharing the apartment with my best friend and roommate, who is a stellar designer, enjoys cooking and making tea for everyone. He works from home 2x week/avg, loves rick climbing and enjoys going out on the weekends. He’s super kind and accommodating, and identifies as a gay man.

🅿️ Street parking aplenty, no permits or meters. There’s always parking right out front and a brand new park across the street.
🛏️ Bedroom boasts a queen bed, ample storage, and a large closet. The room has a comfy Saatva mattress, working desk with Herman Miller chair with San Francisco downtown views for an inspiring workspace. The room is very bright with natural sunlight and has pull down shades for darkening.
📺 Apple TV, Sonos surround, Netflix, Hulu, Etc. Work-friendly dining area, bathed in afternoon light.
🍳 Gas kitchen, fiber internet. Neat, quiet, respectful neighbors. Whole Foods located a block away.
💰 Single room sublet at $1,950 per month from October 1st – Jan 31st (4 months). The total monthly rent is $3,900 Utilities are roughly $100-$150 for these months, and a deposit will be required.
