This paddle has a very gritty face. The kevlar carbon fiber surface generates superb spins. Power, control and touch are all excellent. This is a fantastic high end paddle that works well, looks great, and draws a lot of attention / starts conversations due to being made by smaller independent USA company, which means not many other users have this / it is unique.
