We're user-centric and deeply focused on solving critical customer problems. The Associate Product Manager role demands technical depth, principled thinking, well-honed product judgment with a desire to grow into a product management role. You'll work in all aspects of our product lifecycle and collaborate closely with a dedicated team through an iterative development process. If you have a great sense of simple & intuitive UX, passionate about creating a delightful user experience and always relying on data to support product decision, you might be what we're looking for.
-Develop a deep understanding of the needs and business objectives of internal and external stakeholders
-User/app data analysis, competitive analysis, and user research for new products/features
-Identify issues that customers want solved and clearly define and communicate to the team the desired business outcomes
-Gather, document, and track business requirements for new products/features
-Coordinate feature release process and communication - marketing, support and customer success
-Being data-driven and kind of a data geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
-Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills, time management, multi-tasking
-1- 3 years in the product development environment
-Excellent oral and written skills
-Enjoy a startup environment
-Being curious and creative
-Self-Driven, proactive and dedicated; able to operate autonomously and efficiently
-Passion for the problem we are trying to solve within the industry
-Multifamily experience preferred
