We are looking for a Sales Representative of our subsidiary in USA, in order to become part of our international growing team. You will bring our customers one-step closer by leading the store’s sales and marketing functions. It is important that you have the passion and energy to push our brand forward with integrity while being true to our values. You will define the exceptional experience that drives our reputation and customer loyalty by serving as the brand ambassador for all Bigalli’s products.

● Lead the sales team in the Northern California to Generate new business opportunities
● Create relationships with existing and former customers, showing them how they can depend upon you for product and support
● Obtain sales orders from existing customers while continuously prospecting to expand our client base
● Work with existing and new accounts to maintain business and increase sales
● Maintain management systems duly updated with daily reports
● Manage B2B sales portal
● Manage client communication with commitment and support to meet their needs on and off location while driving sales
● Collaborate with our Marketing and Merchandising team to strategize product placement and seasonal merchandising for Men’s and Women’s hats
● Communicate with our sales department to reach our financial targets
● Continuously research the marketplace and understand value drivers for the consumer
● Travel to different locations to meet with current and new clients
● Manage a sales showroom maintaining our brand’s image and style
● Protect our brand’s integrity and equity while fostering new customer growth
● Available tools to facilitate your work:
○ CRM Database
○ B2B Website
○ Business Calendar
○ Initial contacts and customers database

● Must have at least 2 years' experience apparel or accessories sales in the fashion industry
● Familiar with textiles and product development
● Proficient networking and communication skills
● Proficient in Excel, Word
● Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
● Able to drive product presentation and merchandising
