Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in cold calling, understands sales processes, and is comfortable working with various computer tools.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and business opportunities
Navigate and execute BDR processes effectively from prospecting to qualification
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM and related tools
Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates
Requirements:
Prior experience with cold calling is required
Familiarity with BDR workflows and sales development processes
Comfortable using computer programs and tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems, cold calling platforms)
Reliable availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours
Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
